Placing an order through our website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time so you may wish to check here when placing an order. Each order is treated as an offer by you to purchase subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Anim8design Limited have the right to refuse to supply, at our discretion, any printed matter ordered by you.
Product descriptions and colour
Descriptions of goods are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the items/prints for the customers’ consideration before purchasing. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that images and colours are a fair representation, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Anim8design Limited does not provide any warranty for the fading of colours or hygrostability of print products. We endeavour to achieve the best possible colour reproduction of client uploads. However, due to the variant nature of printing processes, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match of colour or texture between the final product and your original uploaded image.
All of our images/products are subject to availability. Our products/images may be withdrawn at any time. If we find, for whatever reason that your supplied image is unsuitable for our printing process, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity of uploading an alternative image or receiving a full refund.
We endeavour to produce printed items within 2-5 days of receiving payment, excluding weekends. Orders are posted 1st class recorded and take from 1-10 days to deliver by Royal Mail to the UK. International post takes 7-20 working days dependant on location. Deliveries are generally quicker but please take note that these are the Royal Mail’s guaranteed delivery times.
Delivery addresses are as input by the customer on our website. If you are not available to receive your delivery, Royal Mail will post a collection card through your door. Your parcel must be collected within 7 working days. If the parcel is returned to our offices, an additional shipping charge will be levied. In the event of any item going missing, we will use the signed for confirmation/track and trace service offered by Royal Mail. If your parcel fails to be located, we will reprint the items and reship at no cost to the customer. If an item is missing from your delivery, please first check to ensure the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortages must be notified to us by email within 2 working days. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage in transit to delivered goods. You must record details on your delivery documentation and inform us within 2 working days. Do not dispose of any packaging as this will be required for your claim against the Royal Mail. All returns are dealt with by a re-delivery of a new print.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in carrying out our duties under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include civil commotion, riots, flood, draught, fire, the postal service, strikes and machine breakdowns. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out our duties in these circumstances. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. However, orders may be placed through our website outside of these hours. If for any reason we are closed for business we will post a public notice on this website.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our secure online payment method (via PayPal) ensures that all your details will be entirely safe. Under no circumstances will we store any of your financial details on our server. For online payment, you will be redirected to a secure server (operated by PayPal). No financial data, logins or passwords are captured by ourselves or shared with any third party.Your order will only be produced when authorization of your credit card has been properly received.

If you are not satisfied with your poster you must email us within 5 working days of delivery. We will offer either a reprint or a full refund. In the event of a refund request, the customer must return the poster/s to us at their cost. A full refund will be issued within 5 working days. As our posters are individually printed, customized to the personal needs of the customer a refund will only be offered if the standard of our product is inferior to that which should reasonably be expected.
The Canvas Printing Co website is owned and operated by Anim8design Ltd. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. All images on this site are the sole copyright of Anim8design Ltd. All images uploaded through our website for printing must be within the copyright of the client. Anim8design Ltd takes no liability for copyright of images uploaded by clients.
Your image data will be stored on our server and/or our local hard drive for the sole purpose of completing your order. All digitally transferred images will normally be deleted from our server and/or local hard drives 60 days after the order date. Anim8design Limited will have no obligation or liability for unauthorised access to your transmissions by third parties.
This agreement will be governed by English law and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
